Birch Mead
Ingredients used in the recipe:
-- honey - 500 g honey
-- birch sap - 2.5-3 litres
-- black bread - slice 1
-- yeast - 20 g
Instructions for preparation:
In motor put honey pot, pour him a birch juice and AMI for an hour on low heat.
A slice of bread yeast to coat with delete in warm (not hot!) Syrup and left to ferment in a warm room for 1 hour. If during this time honey ferments not, add a little more yeast. When Mead will wander, remove bread, linens covered container and keep in a warm room until honey is not fully perebrodit. After fermentation distribute to drink bottles, and put them to cork up (better put) in the cellar or refrigerator. Med would be ready for use after 4-5 months.
