Kvas dried hawthorn fruit

Ingredients used in the recipe:
-- water - 10-12 l
-- hawthorn (dried fruit) - 1 kg
-- Mead (or sugar) - 2 cups
-- yeast - 30 g
Instructions for preparation:
Dried fruits of hawthorn wooden pestle, grind, pour boiling water, bring to a boil, leave for insisting on 12 hours
Strain through a sieve, add honey or sugar, yeast, maturing on leave for 8-10 h.
