Kvas of blueberries
Ingredients used in the recipe:
-- water - 10 litres
-- blueberries - 2 kg
-- honey - 2 cups
-- yeast - 30 d.
Instructions for preparation:
Berries blueberry withstand 12 hours after harvest, wash, rastoloch wooden pestle, pouring cold water, bring to a boil, cool, protsedit, add honey and yeast.
After 8-12 h kvass ready.
