Kvas of hawthorn

Ingredients used in the recipe:
-- water - 5 l
-- hawthorn - 500 g
-- Mead (or sugar) - 2 cups
-- yeast - 30 g
Instructions for preparation:
Hawthorn fruit washed cook in a small amount of water on low heat 1-2 h, proteret through a sieve, divorced water to the desired density, to stand, protsedit, add honey or sugar, yeast and leave for 8-10 h at maturation
