Kvas of mushmuly

Ingredients used in the recipe:
-- water - 5 l
-- Eriobotrya - 1 kg
-- sugar or honey - 1 cup
-- yeast - 20-30 g
Instructions for preparation:
For juice from mushmuly use sokovarku (steam). After extracting the juice to make it boiled water, cooled to a temperature of 18-20 C. Then put, sugar, yeast or 200 g of rye bread.
Insist 24 h. Use after cooling.
