"Red maiden"
Lineup:
-- 1 chicken
-- 1 litre tomato
-- 0.5 cups lard
-- 1 kg. Bulgarian red pepper
-- 4 bulbs
-- 4 carrots
-- 2 heads of garlic
-- Sol
Chicken separated from the bones, cut pieces, brush mixture of chopped garlic with salt and leave for 45 minutes. Cut vegetables, stir in Parliament, Glaze tomato, garlic and add 5 minutes to extinguish. Fold in the chicken pots, fill tomato sauce with vegetables and place in oven.
