"Tricky Ali"

"Tricky Ali"

Lineup:
-- 1 kg. young lamb
-- 50 mg. fat sheep
-- 1 liter of ovine bone broth
-- 2 tablespoons. vinegar
-- 0.5 kg. Archery
-- Black pepper
-- Tmin
-- Salt, to taste
-- 2 heads of garlic

Mutton slice chunks, cut onion rings, peremeshayte, salt, season, fill with vinegar and leave for 2-3 hours. Then obzharte on fat meat, fold in pots, from top to sprinkle chopped onion rings, crushed garlic, caraway and fill with hot broth. Put in the oven for 2-3 hours, as evaporation of liquid dolivayte broth. Serve at the table with potato puree.
